🏃♀️ Exercise Physiology
Move Better. Feel Stronger. Live Healthier.
At Greater West Exercise Physiology, our Accredited Exercise Physiologists (AEPs) are university-qualified allied health professionals who specialise in using exercise to prevent, manage, and treat chronic health conditions, injuries, and movement limitations.
We help people of all ages and abilities improve their strength, mobility, and confidence through safe, evidence-based exercise programs tailored to individual needs.
What We Do
Exercise Physiology focuses on understanding how the body moves and responds to physical activity. Our AEPs design and deliver individualised exercise programs that support long-term health improvements, rehabilitation, and independence.
