Rebecca Hannon  –  Senior Exercise PhysiologistRebecca Hannon

My motivation as an exercise physiologist is to influence and motivate you to take the steps to improve your health and wellness. I am here to offer empathy, support and understanding and most importantly work with you to achieve positive outcomes. It is just as important to me as it is to you that you have a sound quality of life so that you can stay well, strong and independent. I want to work with you to reduce unnecessary medical appointments so that you can spend this time enjoying the things we work hard for like retirement, travel and precious time with loved ones.

 

 

 Jayden Wood – Exercise Physiologist

My favourite part of being an exercise physiologist is watching the clients I work with achieve important milestone improvements with both their fitness levels and health management. I have a particular interest in men’s health and providing important education on strength training, exercise benefits and reducing the common stigmas associated with gym environments. I play an important role in the expansion of the Move to Live seniors exercise program advocating for accessibility for older adults to perform suitable exercise to promote reduced falls prevention and maintenance of independence.

Emily Page  –  Exercise Sport Scientist

I chose exercise sport science as I had a passion for fitness and helping people to reach their fitness goals. I enjoy sport myself so exercise science was an avenue for me to expand my knowledge on resistance training as well as other forms of training to improve overall health.

My future goals are to become an exercise physiologist to further my studies and knowledge. You will find me running the Move to Live programs and LIFE classes.

 

Tegan Van Rijn  –  Physiotherapist

As a Windsor born local it as always been a passion of mine to return to help the people of the Hawkesbury. Now, holding a Doctors of Physiotherapy from Macquarie University, I have successfully treated numerous Hawkesbury residents. I have helped patients return to their peak performance and achieve movement goals. My approach is rooted in evidence-based practices, ensuring each patient receives the best possible care. As an ex-elite athlete and now a motorsport rider I understand firsthand the challenges and rewards of pushing one’s physical limits. Despite specialising in motorsports athletes, I’m passionate about showing ALL my patient how to achieve their goals, whether its running a marathon, racing a motorbike, or simply enjoying a pain-free walk in the park.
