At Greater West Exercise Physiology, our Group Exercise Physiology Classes provide a safe, supportive, and motivating environment for people of all ages and abilities to improve strength, mobility, and overall health.
Led by our Accredited Exercise Physiologists (AEPs), these sessions combine the benefits of personalised exercise programming with the encouragement of group training.
What Are Group Exercise Physiology Classes?
Group Exercise Physiology sessions are small-group classes designed and supervised by our qualified Exercise Physiologists.
Each participant receives individualised guidance within a group setting — ensuring every exercise is tailored to your goals, fitness level, and health needs.
These classes are ideal for ongoing management of:
