Jayden Wood – EP

Clinical Exercise Physiologist

From a young age, I’ve always loved being active — whether it was through sport, training, or simply spending time outdoors. Like many athletes, I’ve had my fair share of injuries along the way. What always fascinated me was the rehabilitation process — particularly how exercise could be used not just to recover, but to come back stronger.

That early interest inspired me to pursue a career in Exercise Physiology, where I could combine my passion for movement with evidence-based rehabilitation. Since becoming a Clinical Exercise Physiologist, I’ve had the privilege of working with a wide range of clients, from everyday individuals managing chronic conditions to athletes striving to return to peak performance.

An Active Approach to Recovery

My philosophy as an Exercise Physiologist is grounded in active rehabilitation — empowering people to take ownership of their health through movement. I believe that exercise is one of the most powerful tools for recovery, prevention, and lifelong wellbeing.

Whether I’m helping a senior improve their balance and confidence, or supporting an athlete through a structured return-to-play program, my focus is always on creating a space where clients feel comfortable, safe, and supported while working toward their goals.

Areas of Expertise

  • Sports and Athletic Performance — guiding athletes through injury recovery, strength programming, and performance optimisation.
  • Seniors’ Health — improving mobility, independence, and overall quality of life through targeted exercise interventions.

Making Movement Meaningful

What I love most about my work is seeing the positive changes exercise brings — not just physically, but mentally and emotionally. Every client’s story is unique, and helping people move better, feel stronger, and live healthier lives is what makes this career so rewarding.
